[GENERAL QUESTIONS] How do I update my address or other personal information?
After you log on, you are at the Overview page. Click on the Personal Info tab. This page allows you to update your personal information. Change any field and click the Save Changes button. Click on Change Password to change your password. Fill in the fields to change your password and click on the Change It button. Click on Change Time Zone to change your time zone. Choose the appropriate time zone from the pull-down menu and click the Save Changes button.
