[NEWSLETTER / EMAIL LISTS] Why did my newsletter send out in text instead of HTML?

It may be that the individual subscriber addresses were not set up to receive HTML email. To see this setting, logon to your account, click the "Newsletters" or Mail Center tab, and then click the "Subscribers" sub-tab. On the Newsletter Subscribers screen click on the [find] link for the appropriate email list. In the next window that appears, click on the "list all" button or search for the specific subscriber using any of the search fields provided. When you have located the correct entry, make sure that the checkbox for "Use HTML emails" is checked. This should allow you to send to these subscribers in HTML format. Note that if you are sending mail using a text-only template, it will send in plain text regardless of subscriber settings.
