I can't connect via FTP?
Please check you are using the correct details. The most common error is a wrong character or mis-spelling of the domain name or username and password.
In the "Remote Host" or "Server" field, enter 'ftp.yourdomain.com' or 'yourdomain.com' depending on your FTP client. (Replacing yourdomain.com with your domain) - If you have not registered your domain yet or you are transferring from another host, you can use the IP address from your welcome email.
The username and password is as you specified in your control panel or in your welcome letter.
